Great news! Rio Vistancia , the newest and most exciting master-planned community
on the Colorado River , is soon to become a reality.

Rio Vistancia's preliminary design may include the following:

•  Approximately 239 residential lots

•  A spectacular 100+ foot wide recreational open space running the entire length (¾ mile) of the community, along the Colorado River

•  Sandy beaches, meandering walkways, public and private boat ramp, river access…..the possibilities are endless!

•  HUGE pool, spa and community area

•  10+ acres of open space

•  13+ acres of commercial property that can be used for mini-storage, full-service boat storage, a gas station/convenience store

We have received the Preliminary Public Report for Rio Vistancia , and will be accepting reservations soon! Currently there are over 500 people registered on the interest list for Rio Vistancia, and we are now beginning the process of converting that list to a Priority List. If you wish to be placed on our Interest List and continue to receive information for Rio Vistancia , please complete and return the enclosed information card. Once we obtain verification of your continued interest, a packet containing detailed sales procedures will be sent to you. The sales procedures will explain how to qualify for and be placed on to our priority list.
